| Purchaser's
Obligations and Agreement

- System prices
are only good for first time residential customers of the Dish Network
residing in the US.
- By purchasing
a Dish Network System, customer agrees that America's Top 50, America's
Top 100CD, America's Top 150CD, or DISH Latino will be initially activated
and maintained for 8 continuous months and all other programming charges
will be kept current on both system and any additional receivers.
- Customer must
activate minimum qualifying programming on all receivers within 21
days of shipping date.
- When purchasing
more than one receiver, multi-tv combo, customer must activate the
receiver listed first on the invoice before the receiver listed second.
This means that when you call DISH Network for programming that you
give them the receiver numbers from the Primary receiver (first receiver)
before the Standalone receiver (second receiver). I.e. customer purchases
the "4922/2800 Combo," the 4922 must be activated first.
Complete system receivers (with dish and LNB) cannot be activated
as a secondary slave or replacement receiver.
- Customers interested
in only subscribing to International Programming must purchase one
of our international programming systems to avoid surcharge.
- If you do not
meet these obligations you agree to pay a surcharge of $295 and you
authorize us to collect this amount, including an automatic charge
to your credit card.
